ANATOMÍA DEL EJERCICIO (En forma/ In Shape)

This book is widely praised for its excellent and clear illustrations, which effectively depict muscle groups and how they are engaged during various exercise movements. Reviewers found the content easy to understand and follow, making it a handy and accessible guide. It is appreciated for providing brief tutorials on exercises and explaining which muscles are activated, helping readers improve their understanding of proper form and their own workouts. Many see it as a valuable resource for reminding oneself of exercise mechanics and identifying muscle activation, contributing to better workout effectiveness and reducing aches.

However, some readers noted that the book is quite basic and simple. It is described as short and, while a good starting point, it lacks the depth required for more advanced users or those seeking comprehensive anatomical detail. Some reviewers felt it could benefit from going into more detail on topics such as muscle contractions, suggesting that those needing more in-depth knowledge might need to consult additional resources or a personal trainer.

In conclusion, this book serves as an effective introductory guide, particularly excelling in its visual explanations of muscle engagement during exercise. It is best suited for beginners, keep-fit enthusiasts, individuals focusing on weight training, or even personal trainers looking for a quick reference on form and muscle activation. Readers who appreciate clear, visual instruction and are seeking a foundational understanding of exercise anatomy will find this book highly beneficial, while those requiring extensive detail or advanced physiological concepts may find it too simplistic.
