Dorado

Long ago, Serilda, a miller's daughter, was cursed by the god of lies, leaving her with an uncontrollable gift for spinning fantastical, often untrue, tales. When one of her outlandish stories accidentally attracts the attention of the sinister Erlking and his undead hunters, she is swept into a grim world where ghouls and phantoms roam. Forced to complete the impossible task of spinning straw into gold, Serilda makes a desperate bargain with a mysterious boy who appears to help her.

This pact draws Serilda deeper into the secrets of a haunted castle and an ancient curse that binds the Erlking. To break his tyranny and escape a fate worse than death, Serilda must navigate a world of dark magic and dangerous bargains, where the line between truth and lies, and beauty and monstrosity, becomes increasingly blurred.
