Fuenteovejuna

In the small Spanish town of Fuenteovejuna, the lives of the villagers are overshadowed by the cruelty of one man: their commander, Fernán Gómez de Guzmán. Ruling with absolute power, he preys upon the townspeople, stealing their honor and subjecting them to constant humiliation.
