Once he has his milk, a thought will surely strike him: he'll probably ask you for a straw. And when he's finished sipping, he'll want a napkin to wipe his whiskers clean. Then, he'll want to glance in a mirror, just to make sure he doesn't have a tell-tale milk mustache.
Catching sight of himself in the mirror, he might notice his hair looks a bit shaggy. So, he'll ask for a tiny pair of nail scissors to give himself a trim. Of course, once his hair is all neat and tidy, there will be little snippets on the floor. That means he'll need a broom to sweep them up.
Sweeping can be quite tiring work for a small mouse, and soon enough, he'll feel the need for a nap. He'll want a cozy blanket to snuggle under as he drifts off to sleep. After his restful nap, he'll likely be wide awake and ready for some entertainment, so he'll ask you to read him a story.
Inspired by the tales, he'll then want to draw a picture of his own. He'll ask for crayons and paper, and when his masterpiece is complete, he'll want to hang it proudly on the refrigerator. But looking at the refrigerator, with all its cool promises, will make him thirsty all over again.
