Olivia Rivera has two great dislikes in her life: Christmas and Noah Merry. Unfortunately for her, she works for him at the aptly named Hotel Merry, a place drowning in the holiday spirit she despises. Noah, for his part, finds Olivia stubborn, proud, and infuriatingly committed to making his life difficult. Their mutual animosity is a constant source of tension for everyone around them, creating a decidedly un-festive atmosphere at the hotel.

This year, however, Noah's grandparents and the hotel's owners have decided enough is enough. Tired of the endless workplace friction, they devise a plan to force a truce. Their mission is to make Olivia and Noah see that they might not hate each other as much as they believe. The method is a series of 25 Christmas challenges over 25 days, with every moment live-streamed on social media. Caught between public scrutiny and forced holiday cheer, the two must navigate a minefield of mischief, accusations, and resentment, all while discovering what might lie beneath their heated rivalry.
