Last on the List (Wait With Me, 5)

CEO millionaire Max Fletcher is in desperate need of a nanny for the summer, a meticulous professional to manage his daughter Everly's schedule. Instead, he gets Cozy Barlow, who arrives in tie-dye with a philosophy of doing less, not more, during her self-appointed gap year. Max is ready to dismiss her, but Everly, his eleven-year-old daughter, makes an immediate decision and hires Cozy on the spot.

Stuck with a woman who challenges his structured world, Max soon discovers that Cozy, with her unapologetic confidence and vibrant spirit, is more than just a temporary caretaker. Beneath their contrasting exteriors lies an undeniable chemistry that sparks into unexpected fantasies. This story explores how an unconventional nanny and a disciplined single dad navigate their differences, confront their pasts, and discover that love can flourish in the most unforeseen circumstances.
