L'Engrange-Temps - tome 1

In the kingdom of Grahenne, time itself holds power, a truth intimately known by Sophie Delapointe. Far from being a mere clockmaker, Sophie is a chronolangue, possessing the rare ability to communicate with Horanimas - clocks imbued with souls that safeguard the palace and its secrets. Her meticulously ordered life shatters when Dimitri, the king's twin brother, seeks her aid to repair a mythical Engrange-Temps, a magical clock capable of temporal displacement. Driven by a desperate longing to see her father, who died under mysterious circumstances, Sophie agrees to help the prince. This decision thrusts her into a perilous adventure fraught with royal intrigues, forcing her to confront the profound truth that tampering with the delicate fabric of time carries unforeseen and often dangerous consequences.

As Sophie navigates a world where ancient magic intertwines with the intricate mechanics of time travel, she uncovers betrayals and mysteries that threaten more than just her own future. This journey of self-discovery and danger will challenge her understanding of power, destiny, and the true cost of altering the past.
