Marple Twelve New Stories

Agatha Christie's beloved detective, Miss Jane Marple, returns in Marple: Twelve New Stories, a collection of original mysteries penned by a dozen acclaimed contemporary authors. For the first time in 45 years, readers can join the seemingly unassuming elderly sleuth as she applies her keen understanding of human nature to solve perplexing crimes. This collection takes Miss Marple beyond her quiet village of St. Mary Mead, sending her on a globe-trotting tour of detection, from a Christmas dinner interrupted by unexpected guests, to the Broadway stage in New York City, a cruise to Hong Kong, and a holiday in Italy where a bestselling writer finds herself caught in a nefarious plot.

Each author reimagines Miss Marple through their own perspective, crafting new puzzles that remain true to the hallmarks of a traditional mystery while capturing her sharp wit and droll ingenuity. This collection offers a fresh opportunity to experience the unique investigative prowess of one of fiction's most enduring detectives.
