Noughts & Crosses

In a world where the power dynamic is inverted, dark-skinned Crosses hold all authority, wealth, and privilege, while light-skinned Noughts are treated as second-class citizens, subjected to prejudice and segregation. This is the reality for Sephy, a privileged Cross and daughter of a prominent politician, and Callum, a Nought who has been her friend since childhood. Their bond, forged in secret, deepens into a forbidden love as they navigate a society determined to keep them apart.

As tensions escalate and the world around them becomes increasingly volatile, Sephy and Callum are forced to confront the harsh realities of their divided society and the dangerous consequences of their relationship. Their story challenges perceptions of race, class, and loyalty, prompting readers to consider the enduring power of love in the face of systemic injustice.
