Poesía completa

This collection offers the complete poetic works of Alejandra Pizarnik, one of the most powerful and intense voices in Latin American literature. Her poetry navigates a landscape of profound interiority, marked by a constant searching for the self. With a terse and deeply symbolic style, Pizarnik confronts the limitations of language itself, often seeming more interested in the weight of silence than in words. Her verses grapple with themes of childhood, estrangement, madness, and the ever-present shadow of death.

To read Pizarnik is to enter a world of stark, unsettling beauty and raw emotional honesty. The poems are fragmented and visceral, reflecting a fractured inner world and a relentless existential questioning. This complete volume, gathering the work of a life cut tragically short, is not merely a collection of poems but an immersive experience into a singular consciousness. It reveals the harrowing and tender journey of a poet who dared to explore the deepest wounds of the human condition.
