The Mark of Zorro

In 1820s Mexican California, the tyrannical governor and his army oppress the poor and innocent, pillaging missions and abusing peasants. Amidst this injustice, Don Diego Vega appears as an effete aristocrat, more inclined to poetry than conflict. Unknown to many, this timid persona masks a secret identity: Zorro, a masked champion who rides the highways, defying the tyrant's might. With a swift blade and deadly marksmanship, Zorro becomes a legendary figure, striking down those who exploit the vulnerable and leaving his distinctive mark behind. This tale of swashbuckling adventure, action, and romance reveals how one man's charade becomes the people's hope for justice.
