Readers generally found the book to be well written, appreciating the author's style. A positive aspect highlighted was the inclusion of quotes from famous individuals interspersed between chapters, which many found appealing. The book was also noted for offering excellent initial points for reflection and food for thought.

However, the content itself received significant criticism for its perceived lack of depth. While it provided good starting points, reviewers felt that the discussions and reflections were nothing special, remaining at a superficial level. There was a strong desire for more concrete guidance and a deeper exploration of the topics, with some describing the book's substance as entirely shallow and expressing strong disappointment.

In conclusion, this book appears to be well-crafted in terms of writing style and offers brief inspirational moments through its quotes and initial ideas. It would likely appeal to readers seeking light inspiration or quick thought-starters who do not require extensive depth, detailed analysis, or practical, concrete advice. Those looking for profound insights or substantial content may find it lacking.
