Twisted

Yasmin Karam, the privileged daughter of one of the world's wealthiest men, finds her gilded life in turmoil when her beloved father falls gravely ill. His dying wish is to see her married to a man of his choosing, someone who can secure the family's diamond empire. This paternal decree plunges Yasmin into a desperate dilemma, for her heart already belongs to Aidan, a servant on her father's estate - a man her father would never deem worthy. Caught between familial duty and forbidden love, Yasmin feels like a pawn in a game she never asked to play.

Enter Julian Faraci, her father's enigmatic and ruthless right-hand man, a man forged from a turbulent past of abuse and abandonment. Julian, driven by an insatiable hunger for power and control, has his own twisted agenda: to inherit the Sultan empire for himself. He views Yasmin as a spoiled brat, an obstacle to his ambition, yet also the key to his ultimate goal. His initial plan is to marry her, secure the inheritance, and then eliminate her, believing himself the only one truly deserving of such power.

As her father's health rapidly deteriorates, Yasmin, desperate to honor his last wish while clinging to the hope of a future with Aidan, strikes a deal with Julian. She believes this arrangement will grant her some semblance of freedom, unaware of the dark machinations unfolding beneath Julian's composed exterior. He, in turn, presents himself as the ideal suitor - loyal, competent, and trusted by her ailing father - all while secretly eliminating other potential candidates for Yasmin's hand.

The engagement becomes a weapon in Julian's hands. He systematically isolates Yasmin from Aidan, manipulating her emotions and exerting psychological pressure. Their relationship, initially fueled by mutual disdain - she sees him as an arrogant tyrant, he finds her an irritating brat - begins to shift. Julian, despite his ruthless intentions, finds himself increasingly drawn to Yasmin, battling unexpected feelings that complicate his meticulously crafted scheme.

Tensions escalate as Julian's obsession deepens. He views Yasmin as his to possess, not merely for power, but entirely. The moment arrives when Julian orchestrates Aidan's complete removal from Yasmin's life, leaving her devastated and furious. Grieving the loss of her forbidden love, Yasmin attempts to rebel, but Julian's dominance is nearly absolute. Yet, even as his control tightens, cracks begin to show in his own hardened facade, revealing a damaged man beneath the ruthless exterior.

Yasmin's journey transforms from passive submission to a more empowered, albeit ruthless, individual, particularly after her father's death. She is forced into a marriage with a man she initially despises, yet finds herself increasingly, and disturbingly, drawn to him. Their antagonistic relationship evolves into a complex, explosive bond, fueled by an undeniable chemistry and a raw longing for connection. Yasmin uncovers layers to Julian's personality that challenge her initial assumptions, while Julian begins to appreciate her strength and independence, igniting a powerful, albeit toxic, dynamic between them.

As secrets unravel and betrayals run rampant, both Yasmin and Julian reach their breaking points, discovering hidden depths within themselves. The story propels towards a thrilling climax where the twisted threads of power, control, and unexpected desire intertwine. Yasmin's love for Julian, once a source of conflict, becomes a catalyst for her own empowerment, allowing her to break free from manipulation and deceit. She emerges a resilient survivor, ready to face a future intertwined with the very man who was once her worst nightmare.
