Una vida lejana

In 1958, on the sprawling, isolated Meredith Downs sheep station in remote Western Australia, a single, devastating moment shatters the MacBride family. A sudden truck accident claims the lives of the patriarch and his eldest son, leaving the youngest, Matt, with a profound brain injury and no memory of his past. This tragedy, rooted in a hidden lie, unleashes a chain of events that will echo through generations.

As the surviving MacBrides grapple with immense grief, guilt, and the weight of long-held secrets, they must navigate a landscape as harsh and unforgiving as their new reality. This sweeping saga explores themes of family, belonging, and the enduring power of love, asking what the heart can truly withstand and how one finds a way forward when there are no clear answers.
